November 8 - England and France will be two of the teams in action as the IRB Womens Rugby Sevens Series gets underway in Dubai later this monthThe International Rugby Board (IRB) today announced all rounds of the 2013-2014 Women's Sevens World Series will be streamed online with no restrictions and access is free to fans across the globe.

With the first round of the series due to kick-off in Dubai on November 28 and 29, the second ever season of the women's sevens tour will be available to view in all territories and regions, as reigning champions New Zealand begin the defence of their title.

"We're delighted to be able to stream the women's series online this year," said IRB sevens general manager Avan Lee.

"Running alongside the men's event, the opening round of series in Dubai is an exciting one.

"There are no restrictions on streaming, and it's free of charge, so everyone with internet access across the globe will be able to tune in, which helps our overall goal of growing the game and showcasing this wonderful tournament."

Once again New Zealand will be the team to beat and they will be looking to make a similar start to this year's campaign after they took the Dubai Sevens crown last year in 7he Dubai Rugby Sevens stadium.

The All Blacks are joined by fellow Rugby World Cup Sevens quarter-finalists Australia, Canada, England, Ireland, Russia, Spain and the United States as core teams on this year's tour.

They will be joined by Fiji, France, Brazil and Tunisia in Dubai, on what is the first of five confirmed rounds of the 2013-2014 World Series, with further tournaments in Atlanta, São Paulo, Guangzhou and Amsterdam, while the addition of a sixth tournament is still being discussed.

This announcement follows on from the news last month that all nine rounds of the men's series will also be streamed online in countries and territories where there is no prior broadcasting agreement in place with television companies.

But fans in those countries where broadcast arrangements already exist, can access delayed online coverage and highlights packages on the same day, once the live action has finished.
