Hungary's Karina Gavrikova came out on top by a considerable distance in the overall women's bikini-fitness category at the International Federation of Fitness and Bodybuilding Diamond Cup in the Serbian city of Čačak.

The 2017 Arnold Classic champion qualified for the overall final after winning the women's bikini-fitness up-to-164 centimetre category, where she scored eight points.

Gavrikova then ensured she claimed the overall title after scoring three points in the final.

Her performance was deemed to be twice as good as that of Russia's Aleksandra Elnikova, who scored six, with Poland's Oliwia Mojsiej rounding off the podium with a total of 10.

The overall men's physique category saw a Bosnia and Herzegovina one-two as Igor Jevtic and Dzenan Kajtaz took the top two prizes with scores of five and seven respectively.

Spain's Dario Fernandez clinched bronze.

Spain did, however, manage to claim the top prize in the overall men's bodybuilding category with Abel Martin clinching gold thanks to a score of three.

Slovakia's Erik Malatin was second on six points with Tunisia's Mohamed Riahi third on nine.

The final event of the day saw Rok Sojer of Slovenia triumph in the men's classic bodybuilding competition with a score of three.

Spain's Cristian Perez and Karol Kasprzyk of Poland rounded off the podium with totals of seven and eight respectively.
