Great Britain's Andy Lapthorne and Antony Cotterill will play Nicholas Taylor and David Wagner from the United States in the quad doubles final at the Wheelchair Doubles Masters, after each pair won their final group games today in The Netherlands.

At the Sportcentrum de Schaapskooi in Bemmel the US players took to the court first and saw off their compatriot Bryan Barten and his Brazilian partner Ymanity Silva, 6-1, 6-2, to advance.

Following that the British pair then began their match against another US player, Greg Hasterok, and his South African partner Lucas Sithole, which was closer, but it still finished in straight sets, 6-4, 7-6.

It means the British and American pairs will now meet in an exact repeat of last year's final, which was won by the US players 6-4, 6-3.

Elsewhere, the semi-final line-ups were decided in both the women's and men's doubles competitions.

In the women's event, Germany's Katharina Kruger and Michaela Spaanstra from The Netherlands won their match in Group A today, to advance in second place.

With Diede de Groot and Lucy Shuker already through as group winners, Kruger and Spaanstra joined them in the last four today with a 6-0, 3-6, 6-1 win over Charlotte Famin from France and Kgothatso Montjane from South Africa.

In Group B, the Japanese pair of Momoko Ohtani and Manami Tanaka were knocked out by a 6-4, 7-6 loss against Louise Hunt from Great Britain and Dana Mathewson from the US, who advance as group winners.

The home pair of Marjolein Buis and Aniek van Koot - who did not play today - go through in second place.

In the men's doubles, the top two seeded pairs both solidified their places in the last four with group wins again today, having already qualified yesterday.

The all-French pair of Stephane Houdet and Nicolas Peifer thrashed Argentina's Agustin Ledesma and Daniel Rodrigues from Brazil, 6-2, 6-0 in Group A, while in Group B the second seeds Gordon Reid from Britain and Gustavo Fernandez of Argentina won against Dutchman Ruben Spaargaren and Belgium’s Jef Vandorpe.

The last-four line-up was completed by Belgium's Joachim Gerard and Sweden's Stefan Olsson, who advanced in second place in Group A with a 6-1, 6-1 win over the Spanish pairing of Daniel Caverzaschi and Martin De La Puente.

The Japanese pair of Shingo Kunieda and Takashi Sanada beat Tom Egberink and Malkel Scheffers 6-3, 2-6, 7-5 in Group B.

The semi-finals will take place tomorrow before the finals on Sunday.
