In the men's class seven, China's Paralympic bronze medallist Yan Shuo will meet Thailand's Charlermpong Punpoo in the last four with his colleague Liao Keli taking on Japan's Katsuyoshi Yagi.

There was a shock in the men's class four as Rio 2016 silver medallist Guo Xingguan lost in the last eight to Chinese team-mate Shi Yanping.

Shi will now meet Thailand’s Wanchai Chaiwut in the last four, with South Korea's Kim Younggun taking on China's Zhang Yan.

Chinese Paralympic champions are also in good positions in the women's draw.

Liu Jing is unbeaten in the class one and two round-robin, while Zhang Bian has reached the class five final where she will play Pan Jiamin.

In class eight Rio winner Mao Jingdian will take on another Chinese player in Huang Wenjuan while Paralympic champion Liu Meng will take on compatriot Xiong Guiyan in the class nine gold medal game.

Rio silver medallists Li Qian and Zhang Miao will also contest finals for China.

The class three final pits Li against South Korea's Lee Migyu while at class four Zhang will meet Chinese team-mate Zhou Ying.

An all-Chinese final at class five sees Zhang Bian take on Pan Jiamin.

In the class seven final South Korea's Paralympic bronze medallist Kim Seongok will take on China's Wang Rui while at class six the final will see another South Korean, Lee Kunwoo, take on Iraqi Najlam Al-Bayyeni.

Class 11 pits Hong Kong's Ng Mui Wui against Japan's Maki Ito while at class 10 Chinese Taipei's Tian Shiau-Wen meets China's Zhao Xiaojing.
