The remaining finalists at the 2019 International Federation of Muaythai Amateur World Championships have been determined after a packed day of action at the Huamark Sports Complex in Bangkok.

In the men's over-91 kilograms semi finals, Turkey's Buğra Tugay Erdoğan edged Russia's Kirill Kornilov to reach the final 29-28, where is scheduled to face France's Amine Kebir, who beat Ukraine's Viktor Torkotiuk via a walkover.

Nadir Iskhakov of Russia is set to take on Czech Republic's Jakub Kaluda in the men's 91kg final after they both earned 10-9 victories, over Ukraine's Oleh Pryimachov and Sri Lanka's Weerasinghe Rathnayake Mudiyanselage Thilina Madushanka respectively.

Gadzhi Medzhidov of Russia is due to battle Belarus' Yauheni Vauchok for the men's 86kg title after they overcame Lukasz Radosz of Poland and Anatolii Sukhanov of Ukraine respectively.

In the men's 71kg. Ilia Balanov of Russia defeated home hopeful Poonsak Chaumprakhon 29-28, and will prepare face Oleh Huta after the Ukrainian's semi-final was stopped early due to a body injury to opponent Jonathan Larsson from Sweden.

Thailand's Thanet Nitutorn has a shot at home glory in the men's 67kg after beating Erdem Dinçer from Turkey 30-27; he is set to face Spéth Norbert Attila of Hungary who overcame Dzimitry Varats from Belarus by the same score.

Almaz Sarsenbekov from Kazakhstan, who won 29-28 against Ukraine's Vladyslav Mykytas, is due to fight Russia's Aleksandr Abramov for the men's 57kg crown after he won 30-27 over Sweden's Nicolas Bryant.

In the men's 54kg, Nicolas Young from Peru beat Yelaman Sayassatov of Kazakhstan 30-27, and is scheduled to fight Thailand's Detrak Kulsena in the final after he beat Kholmurod Rakhimov of Russia 29-28.

Charak Murtuzaliev of Russia beat men's 51kg opponent Mikita Mironchyk from Belarus 30-27, and in the final is ready to China's Chenghao Luo, who defeated Bakytzhan Arifkhanov from Kazakhstan by the same score.

Netipong Phrommakhot reached a home final after Afghanistan's Mashal Islamzai withdrew from the men's 48kg and is now set to take on Ovsep Aslanyan after the Russian was a comprehensive 30-25 victor against Zubeyr Barin from Turkey.

In the women's events, Jessie-Lee Charles of Australia reached the over-75kg final after Peruvian opponent Arena Castro had to pull out with a head injury, and is now due to fight Viktoriia Zhbankova of Russia who defeated Turkey's Mensure Karadayi 30-27.

Rabia Akdeniz from Turkey and Sarah Carter of Canada both secured 30-27 victories in the 75kg semis, Akdniz over Croatia's Lucija Bilobrk and Carter against Irina Larionova from Russia.

Angela Mamic of Sweden is into the 71kg final after beating Helena Jurišić of Croatia 29-28 and is set to fight Anna Rantanen of Finland following her walkover against Iran's Mahsa Salaehpour.

Emma Abrahamsson of Sweden reached the 67kg final, despite trailing in her bout after Anastasiia Nepianidi of Russia suffered an injury and is now scheduled to face Turkey's Bediha Taçyıldız in the final after she beat Ilmira Kunakhunova of Kazakhstan 30-27.

Angela Whitley of the United States beat Veronika Prokofeva from Russia 30-27 to reach the final of the 63.5kg, where she is due to Zoe Putorak of Australia after her foe, Sweden's Sara Matsson, was unable to continue following a head injury.

In the 60kg, Thailand's Janejira Wankrue was unable to make a home final, losing 29-28 to Russia's Ekaterina Vinnikova, while Nili Block of Israel went through by winning 30-27 against Darya Bialkova from Belarus.

Maria Klimova of Russia had too much for Czech Republic's Karolína Klusová in the 57kg, winning 30-27, and is now set to square off against France's Anaelle Angerville, a 29-28 winner over Taylor McClatchie from Canada.

In the 54kg, Thailand's Yadrung Tehiran suffered an agonising 29-28 loss to America's Coral Carnicella, who is now due to fight Almira Tinchurina in the final after the Russian beat the Czech Republic's Viktorie Bulínová 30-27.

Ekaterina Gurina of Russia is set to fight Vietnam's Bui Yen Ly in the 51kg final after they won their semi-finals against Funda Alkayış of Turkey and Monika Chochlíková from Slovakia.

 In the 48kg, Tessa Kakkonen from Finland is due to Australia's Sze Sze Rowlinson in the final after their respective wins against Turkey's Gulistan Turan and Thailand's Suphisara Konlak.

Finland's Satu Mykkänen and Belarus' Alena Liashkevich both reached the 45kg final with 30-27 wins against Yuliia Diachenko from Ukraine and Vera Negodina of Russia.

All the finals are due to take place tomorrow.
