The Norwegian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (NBFF) attended the Antidoping Norway (ADNO) annual seminar.

It was ADNO's sixth seminar on doping and public health, with more than 300 attendees present at the Thon Hotel in Lillestrøm.

NBFF were among the contributors, featuring in a debate panel chaired by ADNO advisor for prevention and public health Morten Heierdal, on the way forward for a clean and healthy sport.

Six NBFF members were involved, including President Elise Murbræck.

Other topics discussed included body image issues, food and supplements and aggression and violence.

Delegates were welcomed by ADNO chairman Thorhild Widvey.

"It's amazing to see so many people prioritise this seminar," he said. 

"Antidoping Norway wants to take a leading role in this work, but we all have a shared responsibility. 

"We need help from you to create and promote healthy and safe exercise environments across the country."
