The International Floorball Federation (IFF) has created the World Virtual Freestyle Floorball Cup (WVFFC), a remote competition giving floorballers a chance to showcase their best tricks.

Entry is open to all, with players asked to film their most impressive floorball skills.

"The aim of this new competition format is to activate floorball players around the world and organise events utilising new virtual concepts, especially now during the COVID-19 times," said IFF communications and anti-doping manager Merita Bruun.

"In addition, this event format gives the possibility for players from countries and young players with no national teams, to participate in an official IFF Event."

Videos should be between 15 and 30 seconds in length, filmed in landscape, and emailed to [email protected].

The deadline for entries is October 26 and you may only enter once.

The WVFFC winner will be decided by a vote on Facebook and Instagram, however an IFF jury may whittle down the entries beforehand.

Popular voting will take place early next month, with the winner due to be announced on November 12.
