Kamil Stoch of Poland has taken the lead of the Four Hills Tournament after triumphing at the third leg in Innsbruck.

Three-time Olympic champion Stoch led from the first jump after managing 127.5 metres and 131.7 points. 

His second jump of 130.0m gave him the winning total of 261.6. 

Anze Lanisek of Slovakia was second with jumps of 127.5m and 123.5 and a total of 249.6.

Poland's Dawid Kubacki achieved third place with 248.3 following jumps of 126.0m and 127.0m.

Halvor Egner Granerud of Norway, who led both the Four Hills Tournament and Ski Jumping World Cup standings going into today's contest, had to settle for 15th place. 

Stoch has moved from third to first in the Four Hills Tournament with 809.9 points.

He is closely followed by Kubacki on 794.7 and Granerud on 789.3. 

Bischofshofen in Austria is set to hold the final stage of the competition on Wednesday (January 6). 

Results from the Four Hills Tournament also contribute to the Ski Jumping World Cup standings, which Granerud again leads with 746 points. 

Germany's Markus Eisenbichler is his nearest opponent on 584. 

Stoch has moved up to third place with 408.
