Real time sports data provider, FeedConstruct, has secured the rights for data and video coverage for the Teqball Series.

The Teqball Series is a monthly championship for international players comprising of men's singles and men's doubles events.

Played on a curved table, combining elements from football and table tennis, teqball is an indoor ball game in which players must not use their arms or hands.

In just a few years, it has achieved recognition of many large international multisport organisations such as the Global Association of International Sports Federations (GAISF), Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), and Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA).

Teqball became the world's fastest recognised sport when the OCA recognised it in August 2018.

"We are confident about the growth of teqball in Armenia and look forward to it becoming one of the most popular sports in the country," said the company, which has recently covered the badminton championship, the Infinity Cup, in Czech Republic.

"We are always open to new ideas and new partnerships.

"FeedConstruct thanks Teqball Series for choosing us as its exclusive partner."

"We will provide a quality service to help develop teqball even further," said George Arabatlian, head of FeedConstruct.

Teqball was invented in 2012 in Hungary and is represented at an international level by the International Federation of Teqball (FITEQ).

After being added to the programmes for the 2021 Asian Beach Games and the 2023 European Games, the sport is now aiming for Olympic inclusion.

The European Olympic Committee announced an agreement with FITEQ that will see teqball included in the programme of the European Games in 2023 for the first time.
