Serbian team Ub will look to build on their successful season to date at the Abu Dhabi Masters, hoping to further establish their lead at the top of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) World Tour 2021 standings.

The Serbians have an incredible 16-2 record on the season to date, having won FIBA World Tour Masters in Debrecen and Montreal and finishing second in Lausanne.

Such has been Ub's dominance this year, led by Dejan Majstorovic and Strahinja Stojacic, that despite their absence from the last Masters event in Prague, they still lead the standings by 45 points.

Ub currently sit top on 330, with Riga from Latvia second on 285.

Latvia won the 3x3 gold medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, and with Karlis Lasmanis and Nauris Miezis back together again for the first since the Olympics, Riga will be a tough challenge for Ub.

Other challengers are expected to be Liman, another Serbian team who claimed their first title of the season in Russia, the Perm Bionord International 3x3 Quest 2021, and Belgium's Antwerp.

Antwerp is led by the World Tour's fourth-leading scorer, Thibaut Vervoort, alongside world number three-ranked player Nick Celis.

Pool matches take place tomorrow, with the knockout stages, starting at the quarter-finals, taking place on Saturday (October 30).
