Urša Bogataj topped a Slovenian one-two-three as she claimed back-to-back women’s International Ski Jumping World Cup wins in Oberhof to finish the season on a high.

The Olympic normal hill champion pushed Nika Križnar into second for the second successive day at Kanzlersgrund as she top scored with 277.4 points at the German venue.

Looking to get the better of Bogataj this time around after yesterday’s disappointment, Križnar took the lead with a jump of 97.5 metres, scoring 139.7 points.

Bogataj landed 95.5 to score 136.8 points before hitting the 100m mark with her second jump to add 140.6 to her total.

Križnar registered the second-best jump with 93.0 to notch 133.4 points but it was not enough to overtake Bogataj at the top of the standings.

There was more success for Slovenia when Ema Klinec joined her compatriots on the podium after landing solid jumps of 91.5m and 96.5m to accumulate 262.4 points overall.

It was the first Slovenian clean sweep of the World Cup season with Bogataj enjoying her fourth victory in the space of four weeks.

Austria’s Marita Kramer sealed the overall season title yesterday but she failed to make the podium in the Oderhof double header, finishing fourth today with 261.0 points.

With events originally planned to be held in the Russian venues of Nizhny Tagil and Chaykovsky cancelled following the invasion of Ukraine, the World Cup campaign ended in Oderhof.

Kramer tops the overall standings with 1,316, followed by Križnar on 1,191 and Bogataj on 1,151.
