Italy's Sofia Raffaeli has won the all-around title at the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in Baku following another outstanding day of qualifications on the second day of the event.

The two-time world medallist scored 125.150 to finish 0.450 points above Bulgaria’s Boryana Kaleyn in second and comfortably ahead of compatriot Milena Baldassarri in third.

Baldassarri, who competed at Tokyo 2020, totalled 121.550 to nudge Israel’s Daria Atamanov out of the podium.

Raffaeli pathed her way to the title after building on her overnight lead to finish top of the clubs qualification and claim a top-three spot in the ribbon qualification.
