Angola’s Juliao Sandambi and South Africa’s Andile Madlala battled it out in the sole heavyweight bout of the competition.

Round one was evenly matched but Madlala took control in the second and was awarded a TKO victory following a barrage of knee shots to the body, clinching top spot for his country.
