Zara PhillipsMAY 4 - ZARA PHILLIPS admitted that performing well in the London 2012 Olympics is one of her main goals for the future.

The world and European equestrian champion (pictured), currently competing in the Badminton Horse Trials, wrote today in her new column in The Daily Telegraph: "London 2012... has kicked up everyone up the ass, hasn't it!

"We absolutely have to be at our best in this country in 2012.

"What an opportunity to showcase our amazing talent.

"It is very fulfilling for me to school the next generation [of horses].

"We have four babies with the potential to go a long way, maybe even to the London Olympics.

"Dad [Mark Phillips, a 1972 Olympic gold medallist] saw them working for the first time recently and he was visibly excited, saying they were the most talented buch of young horses he'd seen for a long time.

"He doesn't hand out compliments easily, so that was great."
