…insidethegames.biz are running a LIVE BLOG from the IFBB 2019 World Fitness Championships in Bratislava in Slovakia?

Our reporter Nancy Gillen has travelled to Bratislava to be at the EUROVIA arena to bring you all the news, as-it-happens.

Starting on Saturday at 9am local time the LIVE BLOG continues on Sunday at 9am and concludes on Sunday evening.

Each participating country will have athletes in the Parade of Nations.

Competition will be fierce over the two days with contests in Women’s Bikini Fitness, Body Fitness, Fitness, Physique and Wellness Fitness. The men will be contesting Fitness.
