Sochi 2014_sign_deal_with_CROS_September_2012September 24 - Sochi 2014 has appointed leading CROS as the Offical Public Relations supplier to the Winter Olympics and Paralympics. 


The company, one of the leaders in the Russian PR market in advising Government and corporate customers since it was founded in 1997, will help deliver communication support to promotions addressing key Sochi 2014 campaigns and a Paralympic awareness programme.

The deal, signed during the XI International Investment Forum in Sochi, coincides with tomorrow's landmark of 500 days to go until the start of the Games and gives CROS the title of supplier to the Sochi 2014 Organising Committee until 2016, allowing company to conduct marketing activations using the Olympic marks.

"We are honoured to become a Supplier to the 2014 Games in Sochi," said Sergey Zverev, the President of CROS. 

"We have full confidence in further successful cooperation.

"I am certain that 15 years of experience in the public relations sphere and a team of professionals will allow us to offer the Sochi 2014 Organising Committee services that meet the highest standards."

Since its founding, CROS has worked with over 500 Russian and foreign companies, as well as Government and public companies, including Rolls Royce, Barclays, Gazprom and Microsoft.

It has already been invovled in working on Sochi 2014 campaigns for four years. 

During this time, the company has developed ten comprehensive communications support programmes and concepts, assisted in organising 30 events, and produced a lot of informational and analytical documents on topics including sustainable development, volunteers, and the Paralympic Movement in Russia.
