The series marks the start of a programme of international cooperation for both teams before the 2013 IPC Ice Sledge Hockey World Championships B-Pool in March in Nagano, Japan.

The event next month will offer qualification spots for the Sochi 2014 Winter Paralympic Games, where both will be hoping to compete.

The British team, coached by Andy Linton, will be led by veterans Karl Nicholson and Ian Warner.

In addition to the series, athletes will take part in sessions with injured members of the Estonian defence forces, introducing them to ice sledge hockey.

Disability sport experts from both countries will gather together in Tallinn to exchange experiences and ideas on how to strengthen para-sport activity in Estonia.

Britain last competed in ice sledge hockey at the Paralympics in Turin 2006, where they finished in seventh place.

They missed out on qualifying for Vancouver 2010 but will be hoping to return for to the Games at Sochi 2014.

There best ever finish came at the Lillehammer 1994 Paralympics, when they were fourth.
