Russia’s Vladislav Lekomtsev earned a sixth gold medal as the World Para Nordic Skiing World Cup season concluded in Vuokatti.

Lekomtsev had won all four men’s standing cross-country races at the Finnish venue, before winning the men’s biathlon sprint event yesterday.

The Russian star shot clean during today’s individual competition to complete a clean sweep of victories in a time of 32min 23sec.

Ukraine’s Grygorii Vovchynskyi finished as the runner-up in 32:46.9, with Russia’s Ivan Kodlozerov clocking 32:49.5 to take bronze.

Ivan Golubkov earned his fifth gold of the World Cup by winning his second biathlon title after topping the standings in the men’s sitting competition in 39.26.8.

Ukraine’s Taras Rad and Russia’s Danila Britik rounded off the top three after finishing in 41:13.7 and 41.21.4, respectively.

Russia won all men's competitions today, with Stanislav Chokhlaev and guide Oleg Kolodiichuk triumphing in the visually impaired event in 30.52.0.

Ukraine's Iaroslav Reshetynskyi and his guide Kostiantyn Yaremenko were second on 34:41.1, with Belarus’ Vasilil Shaptsiaboi and Uladzimir Chapelin third on 35:12.6.

Russia's Vera Khlyzova won the women’s visually impaired event for the second successive day.

She topped the standings with her guide Natalia Iakimova after they finished in 35:22.6.

Ukraine's Oksana Shyshkova and Russia's Iuliia Smirnova completed the podium, recording times of 39:13.3 and 39:58.1, respectively.

There was further success for Germany’s Anja Wicker in the women’s sitting event as she earned gold in 47:31.5.

Russians Natalia Kocherova and Marta Zainullina were left settling for second and third, respectively, after achieving times of 47:31.5 and 48:43.6.

The women’s standing competition saw Ukraine celebrate a one-two finish.

Liudmyla Liashenko and Yuliia Batenkova-Bauman completed the top two, crossing the line in 38:27.2 and 39:25.8, respectively.

Russia's Ekaterina Rumyantseva finished third in 40:00.3.
