Volleyball_Brazil_v_Poland_07-06-11June 7 - Nine-time champions Brazil join Russia and Italy to remain unbeaten as the second weekend of the 2011 Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) World League drew to a close.


Brazil overcame Poland 3-1 in an electrifying game, and Russia scored a solid result over Germany claiming a 3-0 win, while Italy sealed a thrilling 3-2 victory over Cuba.

These latest results see the three teams securing their hold on their respective Pools.

Finland, Argentina, United States, Serbia and Korea also earned victories on their second weekend of the 22nd edition of the tournament as the world's premier annual volleyball tournament continued.

Brazil will now host Olympic champions USA, Russia will welcome Bulgaria in Surgut and Italy face Korea in Incheon next weekend.
