The three golds Iran won yesterday were built on when they won five in the bodybuilding categories today, with Roshanzamirtabari Morteza named the overall bodybuilding champion after winning the over-100 kilograms event. 

Russia's Mikhail Sasonov was given silver in that category and Syria's Hamadi Asem received bronze. 

In the 100kg category, Iran's Aliakbar Nik Bakht was victorious while Egypt's Mohamed Karim finished in second and Syria's Khaled Baira was third. 

Morteza Shafiei got Iran's third gold in the 95kg final, beating Asan Iagiaev of Russia and Ukraine's Vasyl Remizov to first place. 

The fourth and fifth golds came through Seyedzinolabedin Mohammadi in the 90kg event and Mojtaba Zare in the 85kg. 

Egypt's Yassin Mohamed and Poland's Bartosz Kowalski came second and third in the former category, with Iraqis Mohammed Shabeeb and Aziz Aziz finishing second and third in the latter. 

South Korea came second in the medal table, starting the day off successfully when Kyeongmo Park won the bodybuilding 65kg, beating Bahrain's Ali Abdulrasool and compatriot Wangbung Cho to do so. 

Soonchul Hwang then triumphed against Slovakia's Tomas Smrek and South Africa's Jonathan Koeberg in the games classic bodybuilding 175cm final to add another gold to South Korea's tally.

A further three silvers and a bronze resulted in South Korea's second place finish overall.

China did not win a single medal today but yesterday's success was enough to give them third in the medal table. 

The Czech Republic also had success when their athlete Jan Palenicek was named the overall games classic bodybuilding champion after winning the +175cm category. 

Following the day's events was the first ever Elite Pro World Championships consisting of 22 participants, also held at the Benidorm Palace.

The final world rankings were also announced, with cash prizes given out.
